About Us

Fortis Advisory CIC is a registered Community Interest Company providing practical crisis support and community-based services in Garioch, Aberdeenshire.

Our primary work is delivered through Garioch Secure Support, a local crisis support project working across Westhill, Inverurie, and surrounding villages and settlements. We support individuals and households experiencing financial hardship, instability, or crisis, with a focus on dignity, privacy, and practical help.

Through local partnerships, including foodbank referral networks, we provide benefit and energy advice and crisis support to people facing rising costs, changes in circumstances, or complex pressures.

Alongside direct crisis support, we also provide practical services to charities and non-profit organisations where capacity is limited or additional support is needed. This includes simple payroll administration offered at a discounted rate, remote staff cover for roles such as customer service, benefit advice, debt advice, and energy advice, and practical support to help organisations deliver charitable or outreach projects.

Where organisations hold funding for crisis assistance, we can also support the delivery of practical help such as voucher distribution, working within agreed criteria and referral processes.

All surplus income is reinvested to strengthen local support, build sustainable partnerships, and expand crisis and outreach services across the Garioch area.
