We welcome applications from organisations and frontline professionals who wish to become approved referral partners for Fortis Secure Support, including access to our FoodGuard supermarket voucher service.

As a referral partner, you’ll be able to request support on behalf of clients who are experiencing food insecurity, budgeting difficulties, or other complex needs.

Once your application is submitted, we’ll review it and get back to you via email, usually within 3-5 working days.

Criteria Compliance Agreement (Required): I agree to only refer clients who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the information that will be provided to me if my application is successful.

Data Protection & GDPR Agreement (Required): I understand that Fortis Advisory CIC will handle all personal data in compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws. Any client information I provide will be managed securely and only used for the purpose of providing the Fortis FoodGuard service.
