What we can do

  • Remote staff cover (defined tasks): enquiry handling, basic triage and signposting, follow-ups, and routine admin using agreed scripts and thresholds.
  • Voucher / crisis fund admin support: where your organisation already holds the fund and criteria, we can support processing, tracking and audit-ready records.
  • Project delivery support: helping keep a defined outreach or delivery strand moving (coordination, comms support, referral handling, tracking).

Important: this is hands-on delivery support, not consultancy. We agree a clear scope, what is recorded (and what isn’t), and how updates are provided.

How it works

  1. You send a short outline of what you need, timescales, and any funder/reporting requirements.
  2. We confirm fit and agree scope, boundaries, access and a single point of contact.
  3. We confirm data handling and record-keeping (including retention and access).
  4. Work is delivered and updates provided in the agreed format (e.g., weekly summary, tracker, or simple report).

Good fit if

  • You need short-term capacity for defined tasks.
  • You can provide a clear scope, timescale and point of contact.
  • You want simple tracking/reporting (not a consultancy deliverable).
  • You’re happy to work within agreed scripts/criteria where relevant.

Not the right fit if

  • You need regulated advice delivered under your organisation without clear scripts or supervision.
  • The work is open-ended or keeps changing week to week.
  • You don’t have a clear decision framework for funds/vouchers you hold.
  • You need complex HR/legal/tax decisions made as part of delivery.
Safeguards & data handling (plain English)

We agree in advance what information is required, how it will be stored, who can access it, and how long it is kept. Records are kept proportionately to the task and reporting requirements.

Where signposting or guidance is involved, we work to agreed scripts and thresholds. Where specialist or regulated advice is required, clients are directed to the appropriate service.

If scope changes materially, we pause and re-agree the work and cost in writing before continuing.
